Patient-Focused Psychiatry

I envision a practice where quality is placed above quantity. Instead of seeing 3-4 patients per hour, I strive to get to know my patients and conduct psychotherapy.

• Social Anxiety
• Generalized Anxiety
• ADHD
• Phobias
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
• Relationship Problems
• Bipolar
• Schizophrenia
• Insomnia

Session Formats:

•     Psychiatric Evaluation (required for first visit)
•     Therapy/Med session (includes therapy and medication management)

Other Services:

•     Relaxation Techniques (Usually taught in 1-2 sixty minute sessions)

Payment:

•    I am  currently accepting Anthem Blue Cross Insurance.
•    Remote payment accepted via the Zelle platform [downloadable app].
•   If you don’t have Anthem Blue Cross, then depending on your insurance you may get    reimbursed for all or part of the visit. Please consult with your insurance provider.

If you have out of network benefits, I can provide you with a receipt for services rendered that you can give to your insurance for reimbursement of a portion of the fee.
