In a post COVID-19 era, many of us are adjusting to greater uncertainty while receiving
less social support than previous generations. It’s certainly a profitable time for
narcotic manufacturers, social media companies, and video streaming services. People
have many more avenues of escaping from life, existing in a state of abstract catatonia.
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who strives to keep up with our ever-changing
mental environment. I provide traditional psychotherapy and medication management;
however, I also offer coaching for those who don’t have the time and/or resources
for regularly scheduled sessions.
I take an integrative approach, addressing a person’s self-image, relationships,
diet and exercise habits, and sleep.
On of my areas of expertise is treating people who suffer from middle of the night
or early morning insomnia. Please note, a sleep study may be required before I can
offer insomnia treatment.
